I just called him back - told him his scam was all over the Internet and he is a [***] and not very intelligent.  He didn't like the not very intelligent part. After 3 calls he started whining and yelling me to shut up - now he won't answer my calls. Lol

Not sure how he got my information - I just bought Hcg from what I thought was a US company, but the package actually arrived from India.

Those jokers just called my husband and I called them back and drilled them...he had the audacity to hang the phone up in my face before I had the chance to do it to him!!!! It's a scam and if you want to get rid of them, just start asking them hard questions and tell them that you will have the law enforcements to call them back...Joker is not what I really want to call them...

I received a call from  a paralegal at 213-603-9085 saying I had to call back and speak to David Williams and that there would be legal consequences if I did not.  When I called back, I reached an answering machine of Mr. Williams.  Sounds like a scam to me.

You can thumb me down all you want, but they called me 4 times - I called him 4 times. After 1 day they stopped calling.

I hate these ppl.

Sign me up for a lawsuit.  I just got the call this morning along with a good ol FCC violation of calling before 9am.  And I live in Texas.  Guess they get up early to start the scam in Cali

I also just received a call from an 213-603-9085 and a man with a heavy accent (India) stating he was with the Department of Legal affairs and that I was in trouble with the Treasury Department. I told him I will not talk on the phone. I have no problem with the Treasury. He hung up on me. This is a scam call. Thanks to everyone who shared their experience with this fraudster!

Scam and very rude! Threatened to send the police to my place of employment. Very rude and with a think accent. No police had come.

Today I got like 7 calls non stop saying they were from the IRS....called my accountant - no answer, tried the IRS to see if I had missed anything - they told I was ok on their side. I'd just returned from a long trip so I was out of it when I got the calls.
This stuff was so annoying and disruptive - bunch of &*&^%^&###! and then some.

Called said i owe the irs ans d if i dont make a payment right now i  would go to jail .he wanted my social umber my d.o.b and my address helll if u going to get the police to lock me up at lease u should know my damn address slow foo . He sound like an indin dude witg a very heavy accent

Also received 2 phone calls but I missed them. the indian lady left a message and it was hard to understand her. something about legal action, threatening ... Thanks everyone for sharing your stories. its interesting though how they got mynumber

I just got off the phone with Derrick Williams or David Williams, he had a heavy accent, who told me he was with the U.S. Treasury Department Legal Affairs.  he told me the IRS was having me arrested for back taxes owed and that unless I sent him $2100.00 I would be arrested.  We was very aggressive and threatening and finally told me that I would be arrested within the next 40 minutes at my workplace.
