My parents received a call from this phone number with the below message. It upset them because they do not have anything through VTech Solutions and will not provide any information over the phone. I told them not to call back because I believe it to be a Scam.
"You will see a charge from V Tech Solution if you want to cancel the subscription and want a refund then please call on this number 1-213-631-3013. Cancellation should be done within the 48 hours upon receiving this confirmation call. Thank you. This is Jeff Morgan customer service relations.

Received the same message on 10/11/19.  Sounds like a scam to me.  I did not call Mr. Morgan back.

Received the same call on 10/15/19. Same message, word for word.  I didn’t call Mr. Morgan back.

Same Exact call word for word. Said they would be charging me 399. for services. (which I never ordered) SCAM!

My mom received the exact message though the person to call back was a Dennis Wilson. My mom knows not to ever give information over the phone so I do not worry about that. However, these calls and voicemails are very annoying.  Unfortunately, there will be another scam all too soon and round and round we seem to go. I would block the number but the caller ID just says 55555. Any suggestions on how to block these calls? Thanks!

I received the same call from this number verbatim; sounded like a scam.  THIS IS A SCAM!  I just called the number on a burner cell, and the guy who answered the phone with an Indian accent said he was "Jeff Morgan".  Funny, the Jeff Morgan who left the automated message on my landline sounded like an American voice.  Both Jeff Morgan voices aren't the same.  Don't fall for this!!!

My parents received this call.   Suspected a scam and now seeing other people who have gotten the exact same message I told them to ignore this message

I received this identical call today 10/29/19. Same words, same amt. $399 - I was to call Peter Patrick - which I did not do!

I got that exact same call today! But the number that I was to call was 209-273-2426! The number that came in showed 972-906-8963. These people are just scum!

I received this call today (6/5/20) like others have reported:V-Tech Solutions.Jeff Morgan calling.I will be charged $399. to my account if I don't call and cancel within 24 hours. The call said Barnstead ,NH

I also received this message today - the number they gave was 213-338-3527.
