I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know.  An online search showed this is telemarketing for the L.A. Times.

a scam!!!! how can i stop them from calling me... they are relentless and call at the worst times. they are looking for senior citizens and old people .... must be some sort of burglary!!!

received call on answering machine. The caller stated I needed to call about IRS fraud the IRS would be notifying me about or that the IRS would be initiating an arrest on IRS fraud charges. Did not return call.
