Auto dialed call and recorded message trying to claim it's the IRS. It threatens a lawsuit then wants me to call a different number. Call the number in the caller ID and get a recording saying the number you called is busy. TOTAL SCAM first IRS would not operate this way. Second scammers do operate this way.

Just got a call claims to be IRS

Got the same call about 1 minute ago and checked google to verify. Automated message that claimed they are calling from/behalf of IRS because IRS is filing a lawsuit again me (the caller). I can see this is a scam!

Total scam, they just called and scared the [***] out of me.  Do not believe anything they say.  They told me they would take my house, assets, and file an arrest warrant.  Just hang up.

They just called me as well claiming to be from the IRS, so I asked them to verify certain filing info the "IRS" would know and he kept claiming he didn't have that info. Then he told me his field officer was only able to access that, when I asked to speak to said field manager he hung up on me.

Got this call about an hour ago.  Got the same call from another number (716-226-9751) about two minutes ago.  Blocked both.  Hope they die.

Another spam call been getting tons of these lately

I file simple 1040EZ through H&R block every year. The auth recording says the IRS is suing me.
Laughable because last year I paid in a little.

Same thing happened to me yesterday, a stupid & idiot accent Indian called me in this no. saying that IRS is suing me & I'll be put into jail for 5yrs. for fraud. And the police are trying to locate me & pick me up fr. my home. He wants me to pay thousands of dollar by buying gift cards in Target using my debit/credit card.
I had fever & I really needed rest but this number kept on bugging me, I BLOCKED it after yelling on him!!!!!
