    A robocaller did not respond to several hellos, and hung up on me.  When I called back using *67 to protect my privacy, the operator tells you the person at extension 5000 is unavailable, and leave a message.  This 'extension 5000' is VERY common and over-used.  SCAM suspected.

    Caller shouts ... hello ... once and pauses ... (did not pick up the phone cuz of unknown number) ... he hung up.  And immediately after that, another call with slightly different number came and a long pause... before he(?) hung up again.

    Record all of these calls.  And we all should complaint to California public utilities commission or/and FCC about penalizing telephone companies for selling these numbers to scammers.
