Can someone tell me.  Is this a scam or a real company

Said they were a process server and they were gonna serve me with a summons to appear in civil court within 2 days, if I wanted to avoid this I was give an 800 number to call with a case number they provided. I've read from other sites that this is not real.

Mia Lauren called me from this number, saying I must call 877-858-7057.  She cited a case number, but would not confirm any information she said she had on me (such as my social sec).  She said she could be fired.  Based on the other updates I found on 800Notes, and elsewhere on the internet, this is some kind of scam.  How could a legit business NOT be returned in a google search, and only these scam reports are what google shows?  I may call it back, just for fun.  

I did call the number back 4 times, a different person answered each time within one ring, one person said they were a lawyer, but would not give me their Bar #, when I asked them to fax the information, that person said they were going to hang up on me, and they did.

In followup phone calls I asked for email address or a website and they gave me three different business names.  They hung up saying, "we will see you in court".

don't give out personal information over the phone!

Called my unlisted # saying I was being served.would not give any details.
