I got a call from the IRS stating that I had a issue that need to be taken care of. I told them that they called me before and I knew what they were up to not call me again. He hung up on me and I called him back his supervisor answer. He asked me my name again and if I knew who called I said no and he hung up on me. I tried calling back they wouldn't answer the phone. And I didn't get an email.

I got a call from this number. "This is the department of legal affair. This is Michael Clark. I need to talk to Margarita". Very unpleasant call.

Beware this number called said they were with legal affairs and that if we did not pay there was to be a warrant issued for arrest.They said they were with the IRS .

CALLER: This is Andy Parker of the Department of Legal affairs US treasury (allegedly!).  A legal claim has been placed against your name. Didn't you see the item in the mail... um No... this sounds like BS to me... why are you calling me with this BS... guy got all defensive and even more vague with his information and eventually told me to call Officer Brian King @ 213-260-3400... I tried calling that number and some guys named Jack answered... he didn't like it when I told him to get a real job... called back a few times and got his v-mail repeatedly... guess he doesn't like calls that waste his time... complete scam... scum of the earth people that should get a real job... I asked how he sleeps at night and looks himself in the mirror... and if he's discussed his line of work with his parents and are they proud of him...

They called & I did not answer. But has anyone thought to forward this to the IRS? Impersonating a federal officer is REALLY heavy duty felony time!
