Repeated calls, no messages. Cell phone flagged it as a scam.

Received 4 calls today in a 3 hour period. No messages. 8 calls in total in a 3 day period.

Repeated calls, no messages. Cell phone flagged it as a scam, receiving multiple call every day since 2 weeks. No body responding.

Same exact thing here!

Called 9x in one hour, for the past 4 days. Used Google Hangouts to see who picks up and is a machine recording claiming they are Homeowners helping people save on utility bills.

Call 4x a day for last two weeks, no messages. Ridiculous.

Multiple phone calls all day. I told them to stop calling me but they don't.

Received 5 calls within 30 seconds, no message

Same problem. 14 calls in the last three days, 6 calls today alone. I finally picked up. He responded "Hi my name is John. How are  you?". I said I keep getting calls from this number and I do not who this is. He hung up. Please stop wasting my time.

Same -- 4 times per day, average.  Have call blocking, but it still ends up on vm.
who do we contact about this scammer?
