They called looking for someone else, have called back claiming they have done there due diligence to find this person who has never lived here. I have a couple of questions. How did they get my number? What right do they have telling me about issues with a person that does not live at my house? Shouldn't that be private for the person involved? And the use of intimidation"this is your 48 hours notice before action is taken without you" ? Name given sounds like Benita company is Dish~~~ land or something always spoken very fast and mumbled through

Again against the law but as I said before criminals do not obey laws.

They called saying they need to serve me court papers from a company named VAR and need my address.  This is a scam.  I have not had any cases against me in the county they said and then when I told them they were a scam, they sent me a threatening text.

Said they were Bachman recoveries  and said I owed  tons of money from 2002 wtf

They called and said they have complain... that I owe money

They have been calling my phone non stop for about a week! The couple of messages that were left were muffled. They called today from an unknown number. I answered and they said they are trying to contact me regarding a legal matter. I asked what matter? They couldn’t say. I asked their company name. They said International Processing and gave me a bogus case # lol No such company comes up upon Google Search.
