Got a call today,home phone, asking if a Sherriff dept rep can deliver docs.
I did not ask who,what etc.,?
Told person not to call again and that the call was going to be reported.

I got the same call from someone wanting to deliver papers for someone who has been out of our lives for at least 15 years.  Our number has been changed so much, I wonder how they even had it.

Did you ever hear from them again?

Received voicemail from them tonight stating that they were wanting to schedule an officer to deliver a summons to me & that it was a final attempt (even though this was the first I heard from them) & that it was a private processing company..  Identified himself as Jonathan wise

I've gotten two calls from this number in the past 36 hours. Both left accidental voicemails -- I could hear stuff going on in the background, and someone saying something to someone else in the room.

Received a call from this number on my cell phone and they wanted to deliver sheriff papers. Don't know why and I told them not to call again and that I was going to report them.

Have received a call from this number numerous times. One of my daughters checked on this with local officials and was told it is a scam.  This time I said not to call back and that it was a scam, she then commenced to call me an A**hole and hung up.
