Missed the call; no message was left.

Caller claimed that he was asking for donations for local police. The scheme was to send me a packet of forms that were to be distributed to neighbors, then later collect and sent back with donations. It is the same con that was being run for woman's breast cancer that was later exposed as scam ran by a family in the mid-west.

F*ckers bothered me at home. No message. Blocked their disgusting a*ses. No offense to any bothersome as*sholes in particular., People who bother others in their homes are ALL repugnant a*sholes.

I received a call from this number a few minutes ago. When the answering machine picked up, the caller hung up without leaving a message. I'm thinking this is just another scam call.

No message left.  Scumbags!

9/15/16  16:27 PDT  Don't recognize number, ID is another in the ever-popular "V" series so refuse to answer.  No message left, and based on other reports, will be blocking this one also.

Blocked by my blocking service.  Caller ID of V915204200232.  The 2042 part indicates 8:42 pm yet I'm on the west coast and it came in at 5:42 pm my time.  I wonder therefore if the call was spoofed from the east coast.

I called back, a male picked up by saying "hello", and then said he is a police asking for donation, and said this call will be recorded. Although he tried to sound serious, I don't think a real police will answer phone call with a simple "hello", I hung up on him, a real scam.

Obviously the same miserable old scammers with a new number.  You block one, they come right back with another one.  Aggravating morons.  Blocked forever.

Well known fraudulent police/fire charity scam. Have received many of this type of criminal solicitation calls, numerous from the 213 area code.
BLOCKED

Still at it

Said they worked for Amazon and were trying to offer a job

Caller asked for my wife i asked who he was he said hell no and hung up.
