    Fake caller from 818-669-1374 saying she's from "City Council" asking about getting W9 tax information. This is a scammer wanting to steal your personal information, social security etc. Said her name "Fabiola", when I asked for a callback number heard her flipping through notepad and she gave this number 213-972-5738. SCAM CALL. Gave them a fake email address to send their "documents" to. The caller ID information that shows up is likely faked but the scam caller speaking is really trying to scam you.
