Indian accented person called with some crap/fraud selling scheme

Just got a call to my CELL phone.  Went to V/M, no message left, but some noise before the disconnect.  Shows No Name on caller ID.

Rec'd call on my cell phone today.It was a missed call & no message left. I did not recognize the number.

Yes, this heavily accented Indian person has been repeatedly calling both my home and cellphone #s saying that my Dell computer had been hacked.  I've asked him to stop calling me several times and will report.

REc call from 2139851234, some woman from India telling me that my computer had errors and was calling from micro soft and that I needed to turn on my computer, Kept asking who she was, she kept saying that they needed to fix my computer,

Tld them I would call them back, then they called twice in a row and hung up

Got a call from a man with an accent (I believe fro India) stating that he was asked by Windows to call me because Internet Explorer was hacked.  I asked him which computer.  He was unable to reply.  I asked him which version of Windows was affected and he was unable to reply.   Asked him how he got my cell phone number since Windows didn't require my cell phone number when registering.  He couldn't answer that as well.  When I told him that I was an IT analyst and he could tell me exactly which file he had concerns of he hesitated and said he would call back later.  Be careful, because he kept me on the phone longer than I should have allowed and am now worried that he could have hacked my cell phone.  Do NOT answer any calls from 213-985-1234.

Received a call from an Inian man 8-21-2012 6.00pm from Dell,warning me about viscious hacking viruses on my computers.  He wanted me to log on to a remote site so he could remove the virus..He was almost believable his name was chrisbrown,on the caller ID, however to many discrepancies. He new alot, but not    enough. Definately a scam ..Beware.. He calling me back today at 11:00am..his number is a cell phone and when he transfered me to  a higher tier it took 1 sec to reach the next level..They were all wrong..
