I changed the number, I couldn't access my voice mail. So I changed back to +1 214 226 9139

It doesn't ring. Just multiple messages that say call back, Friday I got 9 and my phone never rings! Anyone knows who this company is?

AT&T changed my voicemail service without notification. All of my saved messages, carefully crafted greetings, and phone programming so I don't have to enter passcodes etc to start checking messages are lost. Calls to the number were dropped 8 times. Once I was able to connect and assign a new passcode but could do more.
The last attempt it replied network congestion call your provider.

Overtaking my voicemail s on my phone no instructions sounds like fraud from Texas.

Att switched voicemail carriers for some users without prior warning and never even bothered to notify us after the fact, that's where all the anger and confusion comes from

Have you tried restarting your phone 2-3 times in a row, or taking out the battery (if you can) for at least a couple of minutes, and then turning it on again? (forces your phone to freshly reconnect to the network)

Received two calls (in my "notifications) that said I should enter my area code and phone number, but never said who was requesting it.
