A person stated his name was John Jackson, he repeatedly and shouting angrily said "Tell me what company you own" "Tell me what company you own" I asked who he was, he would then say, "Well you called me." "Tell me what company you own" he then hung up

The person call me saying his name is John Jackson at North Garland Highschool wanted to talk to the Doctor, (I work at Medical Clinic) he said "its urgent", when I said the doctor is busy,he asked "what is the doctor name?", then gave me this number and said "tell your doctor call me back ASAP".  I've called North Garland Highschool and there were no one names ohn Jackson!

Someone named John Johnson from Freeport High School called and when I answered he started talking really fast. I couldn't understand him so I switched him over to speaker to hear him better then I heard, "Did this B*tch just hang up on me?"

I called him back but he wouldn't respond.

Man called and stated that he was fund raising for the Liberty High school located in Frisco, TX. Trying to extort money from our company and then got angry when our employee asked the man to mail to him information regarding the fund raising details.  Then he started cursing and hung up.  Looked up this phone number on the internet to find this has happened a lot with this number…

John Jacson just called me and he wants to advertise Lincoln Hight School in Brooklyn NY, they want $ 500.00 to print a t-shirts for kids, how sweet?

My wife just got the same call!!!  Who is this guy?  What the heck would he want??  Mr. Jackson...I hope your phone gets disconnected.

This guy just called from this number and asked if we were located at "___ Stret name".  I asked whose calling he said if I dont know address then put someone else on the phone, I said whsoe clling - he said b**** and hung up!  

I want to know who these people are.

When I answered our Business line, they just hung up. The caller ID say's "A C" and the number was 214-446-9836.

I just received a call from this number with no one on the other line.  When I called the number in Caller ID (for "A C" 214-446-9836) I received the standard automated message, "The number you have dialed...is no longer in service...".  The authorities need to put the deep screws to this guy.

Same guy just called me about the fund raiser in Sarasota, FL. He said he was designing a Varsity Sports Calender for 2009-2010.  Normally $750 but was going to cut me a deal for $499.  He was very professional but I know something wasn't right, so I "GOOGLE" his phone number and I found this website.  THANK YOU!!! DON'T BE FOOLED ITS A SCAM!

Answering machine picked up. Then man said Hello..hello,
then hung up.

He Called and said I thought this was & my Company Name. I said it was then he hung up. I tried calling back and never got an answer. Coward!!! Answer the phone!!!!

got the same deal.  He got mad because i wouldnt come to the phone without him identifying himself

I received a call from this number as well.  No voice mail was left.  How has this person gotten to carry on this scam for so long?  Clearly he hasn't changed numbers or even aliases in a couple of years now.

Just got a call from this number, no one would say anything, don;t know who it is from or who it belongs to...

Caller said they were with Embarq and wanted to update yellow page listing??

I've been getting calls from a girl named Brittany from this number. She is "selling" advertisement magnets that will be distributed in the area, along with a month of radio time on The Wolf and The Ranch for $300. I took her number, said I would call back. Did some checking and came across this info. I called back and asked where I could send a check. She gave me a PO Box, I asked where her location was, she didn't know her address, asked who her boss was, she said Karen. Said I will get back to her.
This is a total scam!!! These people are pros. Don't fall for it!!!
If it sounds too good to be true, check around.

They say that they offer Amazon gift card the Amazon gift card does not work when you redeem. They have called numerous times and every time, I said that the card does not work. They press for the survey first and do the follow up on the gift card after. What a SCAM. The Amazon gift card does not redeem.

02/11/2011 A Michael Cortiz said he was from AT&T called from this number 214.446.9836... I tried to verify his phone number 1888.204.4001 - bogus phone number. He got my business name and address, and my name.  I KNOW THIS IS A SCAM!  WATCH OUT....WATCH OUT!
