this number just called me again within 2hours, any idea

this company keeps calling looking for a former employee and now calling my private cell number looking for this person something  needs to be done about this

I got the message at work with the name Peter Capaldi 2142564998 out of Dallas Tx. when I called back he answered  ans said he has a package for me ,I said I had no package sent to me he transfered me to his supervisor that is in New York and said he had papers on a loan he had come over his desk, I paid off the loan back in 2011 got receipt,  he wanted me to send it to a post office box,I said you not scamming me bud he hung up
