    Got a call stating they were document dispatch hired to serve papers for my nephews mother who doesn't live here. Seems like a scam

    Definitely a scam. Real process servers don't announce their visits in advance.

    Total scam. i spoke with some dude, that would not anwer questions about the nature of the "suit" if there was one. Only to say, "I have other cases, and if you dont' comply with the court order "(for which there was not one) I'll have to hang up."
    I'm in texas and the rules are pretty clear.
