Un wanted telephone calls and text messages

Won't leave voice mail or txt

I keep getting calls from this NO: 214-256-9936
When I answer I just here a beep simular to a fax.

Me too.  7 or 8 times a day though!

When I answer the phone starts ringing as if I called them so I hang up

I get calls from this number on my cell phone at least twice a day.  When I answer it I usually get fax tones.  When I call back I get a message saying the number is no good.

I did find this.  Don't know if the business is still around though.  I have a friend that works 2 blocks away and she will check for me.

I receive a call from 214-256-9936. sometimes two or three times a day.  when I pick it up.  I here beeps like someone is trying to dial a number.
