Caller called asking for, "former employee's name", and was informed there's no one here by that name. Caller then requested to transferred to whoever is in charge of janitorial services. After a brief discussion caller admitted the call was an introduction call for their janitorial services. Caller was informed we're not looking for any janitorial services, and thanked them for their time. But caller then demanded the names to whomever was in charge of the janitorial services, and again informed the caller we're not interested.
Caller refused to hang-up without speaking to someone, getting rude & pushy, so the basic company email was given in order to end the call. Caller never released their name or name of the company. Caller ID says "WILSON J"
