called today - was very rude demanded to speak with my boss - even after I told him he was not in the building.

That number just called and they were rude so I called them back,  and asked them to remove our number, He wouldnt tell me what he wanted with the boss.  I think they are trying to sell something, but will never get any business with they way they are acting

This company was extremely rude.  I would never do business with them!

This number just called for our boss, it asked who he was Bob Grainger. I said from what company?  He said "Grainger"  I asked, what it was regarding?  He said, I don't know he called me and I had this message on my desk?  I asked that he please hold.  He hung up.  Nice way to run a business.

Chris just called from 'Carsons' wanted to speak with my boss.... told him he wasn't available.  Extremely rude.  Sure they are trying to sell something but wouldn't disclose anything.  I hung up.

Don" called and asked to speak with my boss.  Here's how the conversation went:  
I said, "He isn't in, would you like his voicemal?"  He said, "No, I have a message on my desk from my secretary.  I'll hold."  I again said, "But he isn't in the building."  At that point the man hung up on me.  

VERY rude!!!

I received the same call from a Dan Underwood, stating he worked for Carson's and demanding he speak to my boss. He demanded I ask my boss to get out of a meeting to speak to him. He was extremly rude, and demanding. He's trying to sell Accounts Receivable collection services.

Called and demanded to speak to our company president.  When told he was not in the building and could be transferred to voice mail he demanded to be transferred to his cell phone, when told that was not possible he said he knew it was possible since it had been done for him before.

I called the number and found out they are a collection agency/service.

They will NEVER get any business of ours!

I just got a call from a Don this guy was very rude. This company is calling to get buisness from us and treats me like that! They are crazy if they think we would give them any buisness. I called him back after he was so rude and he just disconnected the call.

Remember when you were in middle school and would prank call people?  This was like a remedial version.

Caller asked to speak to my boss and I said, "He's with a customer, may I take a message for him?"  I heard someone talking to the caller and then he said, "But I AM a customer.  You need to think about that."  I said, "Excuse me?", because I thought he was speaking to the other person I could hear talking.  Then he said, "You really need to think about what you just said.  I'm a customer too."  And he hung up.  What an idiot.  I think these folks just live to get your blood boiling.

It is important that the AG's KNOW that they are abusive to CLIENTS AND  POTENTIAL clientS.
Imagine how they would treat someone they were trying to collect a debt from!  

More than likely - they will collect your money and keep it for themselves!

First of all, CRA has NEVER kept a dime of ANY clients money EVER. That being said, whine all you'd like on here, but you all have the god given right to hang up the phone when we, or any other agency, calls you. You are all a bunch of whiny babies... just like the debtors we go after.

Lastly, you people on here OBVIOUSLY have time to go on here and gripe about us because you dont have business to take care of. You are all NOT the type of clients we want ANYWAY.

I receive many calls all day long from companies such as yours trying to sell something. What it does is waste my time and interput "normal" operations by having to deal with your rudeness. I would report your company if by any chance you would be not so scared to leave a name and phone number.

This little diatribe should be required reading for ANYBODY even remotely considering hiring you. And you would be out of business in no time LIKE YOU DESERVE.

I just got off the phone with you after I called to complain about the fact that one of your sales people just hung up on me. Then you started arguing with me, telling me that everybody has problems and so must we.
