Scammer! Called threatening to serve me with papers for a court case in this county. I told her to feel free since i work at the Sheriff's Office! She suddenly wasn't as keen to serve me, but gave me the number of a Hyperion Recovery (supposedly, I doubt it is the real Hyperion). They tried the same, but kept trying to get me to give them my social and DOB. I did not fall off the turnip truck yesterday! So sorry!
Checked with our Criminal Investigative Division and, as suspected, it's a scam! They advised me to hang up on them, and if they called back, to blow an airhorn into the phone. :)

Is a Scam! Same situation just happened to me from the first comment.

I received this exact same message today. I ended up calling the General District Court and the Sheriff's office if I had any outstanding issues and i didn't have anything.
this is definitely a SCAM! Beware!
