I got two calls from this number in an hour's time. Both times I got a message from a man with a foreign accent telling me to call the number back or he "will have local law enforcement at my doorstep." He never identified what company he was calling from. BS. This is harassment!

Indeed it is, but that foreign accent likely means little can be done about by anyone other than you. Try shutting down any answering device and letting the phone ring to hear nothing from these crooks.

I called the no 214-377-1521 back a man with a foreign accent answered  I told him I had him on speaker phone and was recording the phone call he told me to take of speaker phone I told him no he said he would start investigation and hung up

Being phone harassed by this number..threatening me to call or the police will be at my door soon.

Threats if I do not return call.

I got same scam call on October 28, 2015, I can't believe they can't do more to hunt these people down to stop this!

the guy used threatening voice if I didn't call back...sounded like a Mexican to me, I am Mex too.

Got the same voicemail today from a guy with an Indian accent.  Of course I fully realize that it is a scam, but some elderly or naive people may not.  We made a recording of the guy's voice/message and the phone number he called from and e-mailed it to a TV news consumer reporter in Cincinnati.

These people are top rate creeps.  Complete scam - do not pay attention

I received a call from this foreign speaking person as well, he threaten to send law enforcement to arrest me if I did not return his call within the next day or so. This person calls ever hour or soon.

I got the same threatening voicemail about police showing up at my door if I didn't call them back so I called them back and asked for them to take my number off of the call list and they refused over and over and kept asking me why I wanted to be removed from the list and when I asked to speak with a manager they said they were the manager. They refused to tell me the name of the business they worked for and then they literally told me that they loved me and asked me to marry them, they even knew my name which freaked me out. They were clearly just messing with me and not even trying to sell me something, overall I was confused at the point of this harassment. I blocked the number with my phone carrier but still this was a very unsettling scam call.

Searched parish records in dallas and found a name for this piece of work.  Call him Luis Enrique Mancera. Late thirties. His cell is listed, also.  Have at it.

I have gotten a call twice today from phone number 214-377-1421 and they have left me 2 messages about law enforcement coming to my doorstep.  This is so ridiculous.

I received 3 calls from this number. Man with foreign accent saying if I didn't call back he would send Law Enforcement to my doorstep, blah, blah. I finally called back, knowing it was a scam:
Caller: Is this S.H?
Me: Who are you?
Caller: This is the IRS about money owed, and will send Law Enforcement..
Me: I want you to know I am recording this conversation and that I AM law enforcement. (I did in fact retire from Law Enforcement Admin) so I know this is a scam. Are you sure you want to continue conversation?
Caller: Oh, mumbling....I will call you back in ten minutes.
Me: Don't bother,I don't owe anything and you are a scammer.
I hung up and no one called me back. This number is out of Texas.
