Female caller identified herself as Lavada.  Said she was sending me a free sample of a topical cream on behalf of my insurance company.  When questioned, she could not tell me my insurance company.  Then she said she was with United Pharmacy Service and worked with my pharmacy, but she could not tell me which pharmacy I used.  Then she just asked me if I was still experiencing pain.  I gave her a polite "Uhhhhhhhh", then told her she had the wrong number.  She hung up promptly without even a goodbye.

Just got off the phone with the exact wording to the T....ask her who authorized this by doctor's name and she ask me if I was still experiencing discomfort...how in the heck did she know about my skin ailment but not know my doctors or my health provider?
