They called at 8:49 asked for someone I didnt know then called a back within 3 minute asked for someone else I didnt know hung up then called back the next morning. I didnt answer!

This number has called me for over 3 weeks now. I do not answer for numbers I don't know. Im tired of this, they call me 24 hours aday even at 5 AM! This so called debt collector is barking up the wrong tree. These ppl are violating my personal rights by  harassing me, my family and my place of business. If you see this number do not answer it, they probably have the wrong number.

They have called my phone over 70 times in the less than 3 weeks since I talked to them and told them I was attacked and had to have surgery as a result of it in 9 days from when I talked to them and the guy was VERY rude to me telling me that I "better pay them or else"(what's the else are they trying to threaten people?) even currently disabled and without a source of income at this time.They've called starting at 5am til 1am.I learned that if I don't answer they won't leave a message they just call more the more you don't answer.

These people have been calling me at least once an hour for the last month. Doesn't matter that i tell them i'm unemployed and that my  husband can barely afford to keep us afloat. They are horribly rude, and don't care what time of the day they call. i wish i could block all 214 numbers but i have family in that area code.

Just have your number changed to an unlisted one and give it out to only to immediate family members.

These people are criminals.
There just fishing for information so that they can rob you.
They'll stop calling in a little while when they're on their way to prison.

Like all stupid criminals, these boys are still at the stage of their crime where they think they're going to get away with it forever.
Sadly for them, it will not work out that way.

These people call you all day long and it never ends.  I just ignore it.  They will soon sell the file to another collector as they normally do. Then you will receive calls from another vendor.  It goes on and onnnnnnnnnnnnn.

Leading Debt Collector Agrees to Pay Record $2.8 Million to Settle FTC Charges

A leading debt collection company has agreed to pay a civil penalty of $2.8 million to settle Federal Trade Commission charges that its aggressive collection techniques violated federal law. As part of its efforts to protect consumers affected by the struggling economy, the FTC alleged that West Asset Management, Inc. violated the FTC Act and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.

Company has been calling several times a day in the last week. They called this morning just after 9am. I don't answer the phone. I hope it stops soon.

I've been getting calls from this number several times a day for the past several months. I don't know how they have the number, but I guess they've been obtaining lists from wherever. In any event, from this site as I understand it, this is a debt collection agency. The thing is, and it's a big one, I don't OWE anyone any fro any past-due balance or uncollected debt! My credit rating is top notch. My credit score is mid 800s+. As far as I can determine these guys are frauds. It sounds as if they are scamming unsuspecting individuals into making payments that they don't owe.

I keep getting calls from this number, I tried calling the number back to tell them to stop calling me, and I get a recording that says it is not a valid number.
