I've received dozens of calls from this number over the past weeks, including early mornings and weekends (i.e. not business hours). I don't answer, and they don't leave voicemail.

They are AIC or Allied International Credit; they are debt collectors of old debt.

They never leave a message. Can I threaten them with legal action?

I get these calls as well. Day Night, and hangups all the time.
Can we files a class action lawsuit or something against these B@$%^&s?

They are indeed debt collectors. If you don't have any debt, you can simply tell them that they have the wrong information and they'll remove your phone # from their list.
