This company keeps calling.my cell.  When I pick up it only asks for people who may have dealings with them but no option to talk to a live person and let them know they are reaching a wrong number.  When I dial back, it asks for specific password or ID info. otherwise I can not reach a live person.  Their calls are interfering at my workplace and at a personal level.  Please contact this company and have them remove my number from their calling list.  My cell no is 512-825-2487.

Get calls from this number at least twice a day.  Caller ID shows West Asset Mgmt.  There is a recording stating, "This call is for Patty Green.  If you are not Patty Green hang up now.  If you do not hang up you are acknowledging you are Patty Green."  We got so tired of getting the calls so actually stayed on the line to speak to someone.  The individual that answered stated we should not have listened to the recording because we just confirmed it's Patty Green's number.  Asked him what option did we have because the message does not give an option to state they have the wrong number.  When told they were calling the wrong number, the guy wouldn't listen.  Even told him to look up the number on the internet and he would see it doesn't belong to Patty Green.  Did no good to talk to him.  He simply stated he would continue calling...and they have.

Regrettably I have now had to spend the funds to send this company a certified letter to get them to stop calling.  A copy of the letter was sent to the Attorney General in Texas.  This is ridiculous that someone who owes nothing...and I mean nothing...is being harrassed by phone calls of this type.

Caller ID shows TXU Energy - I'm sure that is false. They call twice a day. No one speaks, just a dead line. Very annoying.

Calls every single day.  I have ZERO debt so no idea why they are calling. I tried to answer once and no one was on the line. They leave no message. I just blocked the number.

I received a call from this number yesterday and today, and my phone blocked it both times as potential spam. I called the number back and they answered as TXU Energy. I did recently speak with TXU, so I feel, in my case, these two calls may have to do with my recent interactions with the company, but I am not sure what they want and why they keep calling.
