That is Ralph/Ricky/Roger at CG Associates, a collection agency. He has no training, is extremely unprofessional, he say anything including break the law to get at you. Stand strong there are laws that protect people just because of bottom feeders like him.

Have received two calls from this number.  The caller, whose name I believe is fake, starts out like he's an old friend.  Then he says a relative of mine owes money and (inexplicably) I am responsible for this debt as well and should "pay up".  Once he realized that I am not going to give him any information about me or my relative, he became abusive.  Screaming and threatening to file law suits and/or put me in jail among other things.  As it turns out, this person has my SSN, birthday, address, etc anyway.  It's frightening.  This person is no better than a thug.  Why is HE not in jail?  Isn't this kind of thing illegal?  If it's not, it should be!  Caller ID says 12144840592 and underneath 214-506-7766.  He never did say what company he represented.

Person said his name was Mark - Will collect debts for my company and proceeded to get in a fight . Very Rude and can't believe this person is allowed to call anyone.

Debt collector, didn't speak with him because I saw these reviews online. Left a message stating his name but never said the reason. Called back and told secretary I refuse to speak with him because of the negative comments I found online. I spoke with the lady that answered the phone and she wasn't too bad. I owe Teleflora money, but they shouldn't have turned it to collections yet as they told me I would have until August 5th to pay. Teleflora are a bunch of crooks anyway, so this doesn't surprise me they went against their word.

I would call Teleflora and make sure that they turned over your account to collections.  Too many scammers  illegally dun people for money they are not entitled to collect!  As always, legitimate debt collectors would have no problem MAILING you a debt validation letter showing the original creditor, amount you owe, date this was incurred and also whether they are legally entitled to collect for this debt.  

Do NOT pay a debt just because someone calls and tells you they are collecting it.  Make them prove that you owe this debt and the original creditor has turned over the debt to that firm for collection!

Her problem appears to be with Teleflora, but not advice though. I am the owner of CRG as my previous post says.

I have you employee Ralph I'm sure that's not his real name but I'm sure you know who I'm talking about recorded Mis-representing himself and attacking my character while making threats on the phone today. I'm contacting the attorney general tomorrow morning as well as sending a registered letter to your business. I have a good friend of mine that actually is an attorney unlike your employee claimed to be that wishes to file a civil suit for harassment. Intimidation works on the weak not the smart.

You should hope that your recordings match ours. No one at CRG said they were an attorney. If you wish to resolve this rather than using us as an excuse , you are quiet welcome. If you are unable to do that, thats ok too.

My caller is "Mike".  Extremely rude, has even tried to dig up relatives to name drop only to make him look more knowledgeable as the names he mentioned had been deceased for years.  Any professional organization that would try to collect a debt from you would not hire such people.  I saw a documentary last night on a similar company with very similar name that had been sued and defeated and ultimately closed their "doors".  Doors used loosely as most of the addresses that were used were abandoned or condemned buildings, located in numerous cities.  Shady at best and as my supposed "debt"  It is not in the least.  "Mike" has verbally threatened, insulted, and demeaned a 73 yr old employee of mine as well as 2 other employees, that even if their was a debt, they would have nothing to do with it.  People and Companies like these should be against the law.  And like a previous commenter, I too have proceeded with a lawsuit, and have taken precautions as well.  Note to above mentioned tape...sure hope that was stated, would hate for another lawsuit to be on ya!!

If they don't comply with your legal requests by phone, perhaps a certified or registered letter from your attorney might help?

Maybe there's just a simple misunderstanding on their part, or they're having a bad day?

People come here to report and find out if their caller is merely unknown, spammers or scammers.  The regulars give out advice (and also where to find that advice, like the FTC) to help people know their rights as consumers.  The only person wasting their time here on this board is you, the debt collector who is apparently not abiding by the FDCPA.

He calls my company, and says his name is Ralph.
He's a liar- he claims to be an attorney, which of course he's not.  He also claims he can have my husband's state Plumbing license pulled if we don't pay the balance on a bill we owe, which is not true unless he's IRS or Attorney General.  He will say and claim anything to try and goad you into an argument. He's rude and downright nasty in his messages.  His last one actually stated " lets play a game".  I've been saving them because he is bordering on harassment.

Total piece of work "Ralph "calls and gives personal info to unrelated people.. A [removed:lang] that would hire someone like that (rick)... They must be miserable people to act like thugs and not even use their real name!

Michael Campbell called and started mentioning names of relatives that are deceased and about a company that no longer exist in Pottstown pa , Michael continued with the information and questions he
then said he must have the wrong number .

A Michael( Camon) his supposed name keeps calling my business and home harassing me and my staff very rude and obnoxious, aggressive saying my business owes money and says he represents Tele Flora.  He has never showed me proof  that he is connected with Tele Flora or verification of who he really is. I don't owe Tele Flora any money I was on a trial basis for 4 months and plus they kept 2 checks owed to me and also took out money from my business account which was not given permission to do so. He is also calling and it shows up private and also as an unknown #, we have to answer these calls because we have customers who also call on these. I would not recommend any floral business to get into a membership with Tele Flora they are crooks just like this Michael Camon working for them.

This man is beyond rude and obnoxious, he is down right abusive and ridiculous!  He doesn't know the first thing about being professional.  He uses scare tactics and even goes as far as talking to the hired help crazy!  I'm sure every time he hangs up he is quite proud of himself.

Rick.... are you sure your name is not Roger?  You sure sound like him.  Maybe you should actually listen to the messages.
