This number is from a bill collector that uses ambiguous words to make you believe he's calling from a sheriff office.

They say something like that a case has been filed and they need to you or the people that represents you to contact them or they have no choice to make a decision on your behalf on such case.

Sometimes they add to the script that the call is about a returned item trying to imply that one of your checks bounced. They never say it's a collection agency, or you owe money. Is this even legal?

Someone called our place of business from this number. Said he was with "PB Solutions" and was trying to reach one of our employees regarding a "contract he has with him." He provided a call back number of 855-237-5955.
