This is a persistent and arrogant group.  Claim to know more about my practice than I do.  Insisting that I and my wife be present for a "walk through" and video demonstration on how they can run my business better than I can.

Called and asked for the owner. When I asked what the call was in reference to she hung up!  This is not the first time they called.  But they will not stop calling us!

Have to say I got duped by this caller and actually put him through to my boss's voice mail (where I doubt he left a message, as telemarketers never do). The guy sounded normal and asked for my boss by his nickname -- which is the way I answer the line, but of course most telemarketers don't clue into that so quickly and instead ask for the complete first name, which is a dead giveaway that they don't know my boss). I'll know next time!

Caller had electrical questions regarding what all my husband was licensed to do as a Master Electrician. First clue was when she wanted to know if he could install a panel (that was a given they couldn't run this business!)  When I asked if she was calling to refer him for college classes or charge him for referrals she said her company knew  how to run our business and get us the referrals we need. She was adamant in speaking with him only! That won't happen. I screen the calls for that very reason!

Called asking for owner by name, I said he wasn't available. She asked when he would return. I said, he's in and out, but best to try him late afternoon. She said she needs a quote on a project. I said I could help her set up an appointment, then she said it's for multiple projects so she needs to talk to him. She gave me a different call back number than what showed up on the caller ID. So I googled the 904 number she gave me, but nothing showed up, then I tried the number on the caller ID number and here we are!  These salespeople are getting sneaky!

The guy who called is a TOTAL JERK - it was obviously that he was a telemarketer and he was rude and obnoxious.  Finally blocked the number.

They call me several times a week and just now called me twice in a row. I never answer because I don’t have purchasing power, I’m one of the lowest level employees in my company. Ugh how do I block a number on Shoretel???

Kayleigh keeps calling and is very rude and persistent. Our company has me screen calls exactly for people like this. Nobody wants to waste their time talking to some jerk of a salesperson.
