I think this is a scam

Did not answer, the voicemail was totally blank. Only listed as Victor. I do not know anyone by that name.

They called saying I qualified for a $ 9,000 grant that I didn't have to pay back. I asked why and they said it was for being on good standing with the government and paying my bills on time (not). They also said it did not have to be used for school. The woman said her name was Kristi Newman but she had a thick accent. She asked how I wanted to receive my money. "WOW $9,00 for free" no strings attached! I knew this had to be some kind of scam but for my own entertainment I let her go on. She proceeded to say I could get my money in 1 of 3 ways. 1. Direct deposit into my bank account, 2. Western Union, 3. Any plastic reloadable card. "Awesome" because she also said it would get to me within minutes!!! Yea right. I asked her for a call back number so that I could verify the company and she said "it's not a company, it's the federal government. I let her know that I would not give her any personal financial information with out verification. This pissed her off and she hung up on me!

They did the same thing to me to lol. Been calling me all day

Call and says that it is the federal government about taxes from  Washington. Call is from Texas. SCAM going on.

got a call today saying the same thing that I receive 9,000. I was confused; and when I asked how this woman hung up on me. I called my mom right after and she said something about it being a scam. it is totally a scam

Omg😒, I gaved her my financial information. So what she is going to do with my financial information?

The call was The same as previous report, and I told me he could'n to remove my phone number from their list.
Definitely scam.

That call and speak Arabic and hang up

this number has called me 3 or 4 times today. i finally answered saying "what do you want you have called me 3 times today " he said  no it was not me i said what do you want....he then said "your [***]" and i hung up....what an [***]

This number has called me 6 times today!
