9/21/19 Saturday, @ 6:12 p.m.  Call came in on Land Line - Caller ID showed caller to be ATT (not AT & T).  We did not answer and caller left no message.  I'm pretty sure this is a SCAM call.

9/21 Caller said ATT mistake erased Microsoft Services. Filipino Accent and difficult to understand. They would repair and give me $300 refund if I logged into my bank and allowed direct deposit. When I refused they became angry and demanded I log into my bank. Hung up and they called back demanding login to bank. Called AT&T customer service and they had no record of this phone number.
