This number charged a $46.41 fee on my debit card, plus a .46 cent international fee, then it was reversed (except for the fee). I don't know what this is all about...

Tamara - Just curious...do you live in Florida and have you purchased anything online lately?  Same scenario happened with me...my account summary showed "www.match.com/bill" and also showed "GB" and it charged $46.96 with an ATM fee of .46 - I live in Florida and was curious how wide spread this may actually be.  Please respond if you get this message...

last week i had the same thing happen to me. i live in pennsylvania. i had two credits of 47.23 and then two charges of 47.30, so they stole 14 cents from me. its not alot, but after searching online for a while, i found a couple forums of the same thing, so imagine if they do that to a couple hundred people a day, how much they are making. ive called and left messages and now i emailed them. just curious, did anyone do something about their loss? im going to report them  either under the consumer protection agency or the federal business bureau.

That crap just happened to me and my wife thought I was looking for women!!!  Lets just say I was pissed.  However, we just moved from Florida.......the date of the transaction was May 8

I am not sure whay you have taken out money from my credit card, dated 6thJune.I have not found any body yet as most of the sight wont let you in unless you are a Gold member, I am a pension and I can not afford this, so please stop all payment NOW. and do I get a refund for the payment which you took out of my account, I need ever penny.

I checked my Capital One credit card statement and this phone number charged me $60.85. I complained to my cc company and they credited me all but $.46. It came from MATCH.COM/BILL and I have never used them. I e-mailed them and told them if I see another unauthorized charge on my account I will seek legal action. I also want to know who used my cc. They sent an automated e-mail back wanting the first 12 digits to my cc number. I'm not comfortable with this. Should I just let my cc company handle it or just get a new cc number?

I've never used this service or signed up for anything, and I was just billed 46.63 twice to my bank account. After reading all these comments... some legal action is going to take place.

Same happened to me but my debit was A$79.95.  I do not purchase on line and I live in Australia.  My bank is checking!

Just got a letter from my cc co stating unusual activity on my charge acct which is zero'd out & I haven't used in over 1 year.  Yep, match.com.  How the heck is this person getting the cc #'s.  Doesn't match.com reference names vs. cc??  Anytime I've charged online I have to give my name and address & they have to match the cc mailing address to the one I've provided before the charge is approved.  What does this person have to gain from match.com other than a subscription?  They're not getting any merchandise or $.  Well, thats my 2 cents.  What the heck is match.com doing just accepting cc #'s w/o checking them?

I left a message with you people to STOP all payments out of my account on the 26th June, but know a no a payment was taken out the 6th July again, the bank is concerned PLEASE STOP ALL PAYMENTS and please re pay the last payment back as the bank or I need it,it has made me go into overdraft,because of this payment which was not meant to come out., STOP

Same thing happened to me on 22 July 2008...I called my bank immediately and that this was an unauthorized purchase....I got home and the Fraud Alert Dept. of my bank left a message...everything was reversed but the bums walked away with $.16.  Yes, imagine that numbers times thousands of people. How do they get our cc numbers?  Good question.

No call, as far as I know, but I've lost $.12. Two credits, two charges. Trying to get ahold of my bank. Charges marked for 28 July 2008.

Something really needs to be done about this. I don't live in Florida, I haven't BEEN to Florida in over three years. However, I've been in D.C. and NC lately.

I was just charged $46.04 twice on my debit card, which showed up on my online checking card information today.  What is this and how are they getting my bank card information in order to charge me?  Can anyone give some advice?  Thanks.

I was hit with a $46.23 charge twice and then two 46.16 deposits. On top of two international transaction fees of .92 each. I don't know how my card was leaked but I do not appreciate people messing with my funds. O have a debit card so I don't know if I can really get this cleared up.

Just saw this on my online statement as well.
"WWW.MATCH.COM/BILL 214-576-9516 GB"  -38.86
"VISA INTERNATIONAL SERVICE ASSESSMENT" -0.39
"WWW.MATCH.COM/BILL 214-576-9516 GB" +38.80

That leaves at a loss of $0.45 and the secure feeling I used to have.

Same thing happened to me today. I had two charges for the the same amount, then two credits for all but .06 cents worth...then two more charges for .45 each. I called the 214 phone number and it says "you have reached the international billing department for match.com" but you aren't able to speak with a real person. They ask you to leave a message with email address, your name, etc. and someone will email me. I am not comfortable with that. Has anyone had luck getting all their money back (even though it might just be a small amount?)

I got charge + transaction fee + credit + less transaction fee back like everyone here.
I'm probably not going to fight too hard for my 57 cents but I guess I'll be getting a new debit card soon.
