Called said I was approved for a loan . Had  some of my information , Total acm  wanted to send me some money and then I send it back before i get the real money .

Same thing happened to me did u send the money back ?

Only a scammer would ask you to give back money they just deposited because it will be fake. You will be out any money you send and the fraud charges/fees associated with the fake deposit.

That should be a red flag its a scam. Why wouldn't the first amount be the real money?

I received the call too.  It was a voicemail.  I just deleted the voicemail

This number is totally scam. Like other people testified, caller said the loan was approved and I need to follow their instructions. They will transfer money into your account. Then you need to buy gift card from Bestbuy and give them gift card information in order to receive your loan amount. They will go into your bank system and make a fraud claim behalf of you since you give all your bank information. Fortunately, my bank denied their claim. I had to change my online ID and password, also they cancel my ATM card, so I needed to get reissued. DO NOT fall for their scam activity.

If you gave them your account number, cancel the account as well.

I gave my account & routing # but as soon as he asked for my online banking password I laughed and told him he was crazy and then he got all agro-i hung up on him.

Umm, you gave him the account and routing numbers?  Well I doubt you will have any money left to go shopping on Friday.

Mike said I could get a loan told me to go to Kroger when I got there I called the man back he said to buy a 100.00 eBay card and took the number on the back of the card .Then later called back to tell he needs 400.00 more dollars on eBay cards I did not do that he leap my 100.00 eBay card and disconnect the number what shall I do about my 100.00.

Your money is gone.  There is nothing you can do about it.

Just out of curiosity, why would you think buying gift cards is how anyone would get a Loan? Didn't it even "feel" like a scam?
You know the reason they are called "gift cards" is because thats is the purpose, to give as a gift....not as a payment, as ONLY scammers do that.
