Recorded message giving this number as a callback and the recording states my Social Security number has been stolen

recorded message on a call from this number asked me to call back about social security fraud. when imcalled back (stupid!) they asked if i was an alias i have used online.i said no and they said its was a  mistake. so now i think they have my correct name and i have been scammed

They called and left a message saying that there was legal action against me for fraudulant of my SS#. I won't be returning the call because I fear it is a scam trying to get more detailed information from me.

this number has called three times today with different messages ..now threatening I call back before legal proceedings begin. the social security administration does not sanction this activity. it is a scam and people need to go to jail!

This number has called me 3x today, asking questions, claiming to be officer Stephen Patrick, badge #901676, working for ss department, asked me to verify my last 4. Digits of my ss, than they repeated rest of it. Asked date of birth, I wouldn’t give to him the full thing, so he than tried to blackmail me with information that he was going to take out cc in my name

Social Security legal proceedings- scamm

Just got this call today...assuming it's relatively recent activity (seems within the last day or 2 for everyone)...didn't call back. I figured if there was really fraudulent use of my SS#, I'd get a call from a human being, not a pre-recorded message...

They called me and said there was a fraudulent playing against my social security number and wanted me to call them back I did not call them back as I know Social Security does not call you they send you paperwork in the mail. That seems to be something going around now and it is definitely a fraud.

I got the same recording

Got a call from this number twice today. It was a pre-recording saying the Social Security Administration was suing me and I needed to talk to a representative. I am not that dumb.

I called them from my work phone.  I asked about their business and asked for their address.  They refused to give me an address and they hung up on me.  Total scam.  Do not leave any of your information with them.

I got a call and left the voice mail says that ss has released arrest warrant on my name call back immediately. i didn't do anything. waiting for the arrest warrant.
