Not familiar and dont kmow why calling

A Mr. Marshall Cross claims he has a summons to be delivered from a J&K Courier service. Never been to Texas.

I, too, received a call, said he was a process server.  Asked me to confirm which address to deliver summons.  Both were in Texas (I am not) and he gave me some crazy birthdate - way older then I.

It's a scam - a legitimate process server would have your correct name, address and would NOT call you before trying to serve you!

Claims that he is a process server but needs to know where to reach me ... any good process server would not give someone a "heads up" before trying to serve them.  Serious Fraud!!!!!

This man called and said he is about to serve me some papers saying I was Going toi jail he is In texas almost fell for it glad I didn't

Called my work place threating me that I needed to be at home Thursday today between 12-4 to serve me papers. I checked civil court etc and there is nothing about anybody sueing me for anything. How can these folks get away with calling my work place, family members and they dont even say what its about but they certainly announce the last 4 digits of my ss number

This company from Plano Tx 214-473-4318 need to stop threatening me.
