Just received a call from this number.  I didn't pick up

They just called and tried to get me to pay $1 for some platinum discover card benifits. The said i would get a $40 gas gift card. Ya Right!!!

They never stop calling me. It's time for a stop to be made. I'm getting mildly annoyed.

I receive calls from this number several times a week. They seem to give me a different spiel every time they call, the last one was stating they were from Platinum One.  I have been asked to be removed from their call list several times and the last time they hung up on me for a change.

Got a missed call from this number yesterday, answered it today. Said something like, "press 2 to leave a msg", I did nothing and they hang up and then called back like an hour later.

I get a call from them at least 4-5 per day.  I don't answer numbers I don't know and don't leave messages.

Keep getting calls from this number. I have yet to answer but they won't stop calling.

These people have been calling me non-stop..they don't leave a message and when you try calling back it just gives you a busy signal.My caller I.D says stuart wil..i wish they would stop.

they are a scam! if you answer tell them to stop calling and don't say "YES" to anything they offer you. They will tell you that youre receiving a free gift card and that they have to give you a survey or speech and that it has to be recorded. they speak very fast and they assume youre not paying attention and ask you to answer YES. when you do they will charge the your credit card. ive researched them and told them i knew all about them when i finally answered their call. they have not called since

All you have to do is curse them out, and tell them you know what their doing. They won't call anymore!!

I recieved two calls today from this number and decided to do a reverse lookup.  I couldn't believe the other postings!  I didn't answer the call but was concerned enough to call my credit card carrier and report not only the number but also had a new card issued.  It was very unsettling and I will forward an email to all friends and family warning them of this potenital scam.

The FBI have FAR FAR more important things to do then deal with someone excessively calling your phone. That statement just makes you look stupid.

I don't know what the deal is with this number.  I haven't received a phone call from it but it shows up with my sms and mms!  Here's what happens:  someone (anyone) texts me. It will show their name if they're in my contacts or their number if they're not.  Underneath that, it show the number "2147483647".  When I scroll down to the empty box to reply that same number pops up at the top of my screen under the name or number I'm actually replying to.  I've never seen anything like this before.  The number traces to a "Wil Stuart (home), Dallas, TX".  WTF??  Who the hell is this?  And say what you want but this is harassment and the FBI should check it out.  It's not just one person that's being harassed and when your crossing state lines that falls under their jurisdiction, does it not?

This number shows up on on my daycare information as belonging to me.  
I can tell you I do not even live in the same state as this area code.  I have never had this number or one even close to it.  Don't know how it is associated with me but I am trying to have it removed from websites with my name but they all say they can't change the information they got from public records but it's  not on my public records.  So frustrated.

I did research on this number 128 bpgus address and names NY.FL.TEXAS ETC..THEY HACKED MY EMAIL.MY FACEBOOK..THEY WERE CONNECTING TRU MY TIME WARNER..CHANNEL 15.1 TO 15.10 LOGON INFO AND WINDOW XP ON MY TV..THEY WERE TRYING TO TSKE OVER MY HOME SND CELL PHONE JUST ME..ALSO PHONE NUMBER 469-648-7287..I GET A TEX IT SAY. ...AOKC1529..IVE REPORTRED TP FBI NO RESPONSE TIME WARNER CANT DO NOTHING...THE 648 EXCHANGE BELONGS TO CAMBRIDGE PLANO TEX..HI TECH EQUIPMENT...ALSO A COMPANY FPCAL COMM.CORP..MY INSURANCE CALLED SAID I CALLED IN FOR A QUOTE..THEY MY GOOGLE NUMBER ONLY WAY TO GET THAT IS HAVE ACCESS TO MY EMAIL..WHEN I CALL 748..NUMBER BUSY..WELL THEY CALLED FROM ANOTHER NUMBER STUPID THEM DIDNT HANG UP ON VOICEE MAIL SPEAKING AFICAN..IM GUNNA CATCH THESE FOOLS...

I'm going thru the same thing they have hacked my phone was it a male? I'm from the Victoria area can u please tell me where u are from I want to bring them down too. Maybe we can all team up that number is attached to my device info and I want to know who is doing this and make them pay
