Called cell and house phone to report a "fraud" investigation. Wanted personal details. Denied. Seems to be a spoofed number. IDs as Nextiva, Inc., which is a VoIP company out of AZ. Evidently using that as a cover. The call originated in Texas (Dallas region). Obviously spam/predatory nonsense.

Thank you for the info I got a call saying "Al-bright and Associates claiming 2 fraud cases involving my SSN and my Drivers ID"
How do these parasites sleep at night scamming and threatening people like this.

Called here and left a lengthy message that went to voicemail.  Same BS as explained in other posts... "This is Mya (Mya the computer), a fraud case is pending, here is the number to call, you must call back by a certain deadline.... blah blah blah."  Just another pathetic scam / phishing attempt.

Just got a call from the same number with the same message...

This number called leaving me a message to call them back and stated her name was annette and she was calling from allbright and associates.  I tried to look the company up but found nothing aside from a structural engineering company.  Thinking this may be what everyone else as been stating on this number.  Someone needs to put a stop to this!

Mia Hamilton from Albright and Associates has been calling family members telling them that she is going to revoke my drivers license and charge me criminally for fraud.  Received a call today from Ms. White stating that a legal processor is at my home to serve legal documents and where am I?  I have no clue what this is in reference to but I have 48 hours to pay them!

This woman Maya Hilton called explaining she is from Albright & associates and my husband owes their company money and then explaining about fraudulent papers ect. when asking what company he owes money she told me by law she can not release that information until giving her my husbands social security # and DOB ! I explained by law I don't have verify anything. She then continued to get irritated and cursed at me and the line went busy due to her hanging up. This is obviously a scam and I have reported it to the BBB due to the number being out of Scottsdale, AZ and the call originating from Dallas, TX.

I keep getting calls from a lady named Danielle Schwartz  (thick india-indian accent) who is from albright "park" and associates ... The "park" part came after 5 calls by the way so obvious scam ..they called mine after they called my boyfriend and he told them" you have the wrong number I don't know this person" lol....they started calling me after that but I never answered (i read not to answer that's how they verify the number belong to you) but they keep leaving messages saying first "you have a claim against you " and so on.. And then so far accelerated to "you forfeited your right to contest this claim I will be taking this to hr"  .. I don't know how to keep them from calling!  the number is comming from 480-378-7443 and I don't know what to do it's sooo anoying ..  The last message it sounded like the lady messed up her script and jumbled it up ending with saying something like " hr department " but like she was asking a question. .. Yeah I don't even think for a moment this is real.. Cause I have no claims or debt of any kind.. Thinking about putting this number up on a sketchy bathroom with a note saying "call this number and give Danielle a hard time" but then that's probably not even her real name or number (she calls not even with a name sometimes but same voice) ..who knows ugh!
