Guy tells me he used to help the former owner with collections.  I called him out on his lie, he argued, I hung up.  He repeatedly called back from 469-424-3033, Tucker Albin & Assoc.

I have the same issue.  The exact same thing happened to me.  He calls every single day now and when I don't put him through to my boss, he hangs up on me.

Do yourself a favor and immediately disconnect this call.  Deadbeat people won't take no for an answer.  Even if you need collection services, don't hire these people!  Plenty of poor ratings here to substantiate my claim:  https://www.yelp.com/biz/tucker-albin-and-associates-richardson-2

Telemarketers should always be checked out before committing to their pitch.

The absolute constant rude calls and unprofessionalism is beyond me!! We have never requested this service ever and yet he calls daily "Nathan" was his name TODAY LoL Please STOP and remove our name from your list. You calls are interfering with our real customer calls.

Guy named "Joe Halser" called asking for the owner (I'm his daughter) so I told him I didn't believe he was back from his meeting yet and the guy said "Man, he just acts like he owns the place" so I replied "Well, when you do you can do what you want". He said "well tell him it's Joe Halser, I'll wait". I asked who he was with was told "Tuckers". I placed him on hold just to see if the owner knew him, he didn't, I go back to tell the guy and he had already hung up. Easy giveaway that it's spam.

You are so correct! They are over the top rude and interfere with our calls as well. They've came up with good lies though. "Oh I was told to call. We have a meeting". SERIOUSLY! I have their number on the wall so I know it's them.

I was just called by this number.  Asked to speak with the former owner, told him he was no longer an employee.  Jay, stated, "Wow, I need to put down the whiskey." I asked Jay what he needed, he said, "A million dollars and a wife." Told him I could not help with those.  Jay responded, "You don't sell those there?" and hung up.

Some guy by the name of Don asked for someone that's no longer here. He mentioned something about being with Tucker Albin. When I informed him about the employee we asked to speak to either the controller or new president. I questioned him regarding what the call is in regards to he stated it was "money owed to the company". I kept questioning him with "what money is owed to the company?" He got frustrated, tried to avoid the question, and eventually hung up.

Typical cold call from a collection service agency. Just kept questioning them until they stop beating around the bush or hang up.

Asked for owner using initials, I asked him what it was regarding and he said he had a note on his desk asking him to call.  I told him that was a lie because he does not go by initials - he told me it was in his system that way  - lie lie lie

Just. Hang. Up. -- no better advice here.  These guys are slimy, persistent and rude debt collectors.  Even if you have debt to be collected, this isn't the group you want to hire.  As reported by others above, they also have bad customer reviews.

Gentleman just called our Company asking for the former owner, I informed that he no longer was with us he said "Who is Current Owner" I asked him what is this in regards to he said "Money owed to the Company"  I asked him where is he calling from he said "TA Investment Inc"  I informed him I handle all book keeping for the company and he can email me all information and he hung up.  Really dude get a new job cause your not even good at trying to LIE..

Called with same collection scam. Told him we are retired for years and hung up.

Said his name is Juan and that he'd like to speak to my manager (who he mentioned by name) I asked if I could get his name and number to call him back but he just asked if my manager was out of the office cause they had a meeting at 1. I said, he is not out of the office but he is unavailable, after that he hung up after muttering how he would send an email. He most likely bought our info off of a data farming website.

Got a call from a man with a very strong texas accent, asked for the boss by name.  Said he was "Tristan".  Wanted to know if the boss was in.  I asked what it was regarding.  we played that game and he finally said it was about Tucker Design.  Told him boss was not in, could I take his number and call him back.  He said he's just send an email.

He called saying his name was Zack from the Tucker group asking for my boss by name. When I told him he wasnt in the office, he said he would call back later and hung up. Oh great!

Man calls and asked for an employee by name and said he wanted to pay for a business.
I asked for his company name and did not have it in our system.  He then asked can't anyone take my payment and I explained we could not take his payment without a company match.  He hung up.
