10 calls a day from this number. Getting tired of the calls. Who is "Philly Direct"?

Several calls now from 215.245.1398.  All hang-ups.

I just called this number... it is Philly Direct a division of the Philadelphia Inquirer..

Same here up to about 7 or 8 calls from this number all hang ups.
I'm looking in to how to block them.
Or I should just hit redial 62,000 times and hang up on them and see how they like it.
If I could go back in time, I'd round up all the world's telemarketers and put 'em in the world trade center. (Right around September 10, 2001)

I just started calling this number to hang up on 'em a few times and the recording said "If you'd like to be placed on our do not call list....."
What's this??? A telemarketer with a conscience????

Anyway, their mailbox was full - big surprise.  If I ever get through, I'm putting my number on there. I suggest you all do the same.

Philly Direct...very annoying calls in the morning afternoon and dinner time.
Tried to leave me name/# for the Do not call list & mail box was full.

These crappy, harassing idiots call numerous times a day and refuse to leave a message. I understand they are slimy telemarketers and are owned by the Philadelphia Inquirer. I will never buy a newspaper of theirs again. I hope they go out of business real soon. They are a curse to the community and should be jailed.

I can't believe these people!  My phone has been ringing off the hook for the past two days with PHILA DIRECT coming up as the name of the caller.  I am sick and tired of this.  What jerks!  This kind of telemarketing should come with some kind of legal ramifications.  Accountability seems to nullify the desire to harrass.

When I renewed my subscription with the Inquirer, I specified that I would no longer like to receive the paper when my subscription ran out.  I receive a bill explaining how much they "value my service" and a phone call 3 times a day.

Do these calls ever stop?

We receive a call almost daily from this phone number.  When we answer the call, the line is dead.  When we don't answer the call, no message is ever left.

Trying to charge me for a paper I never received

Today someone called from this number and all I heard was a female voice/rapper with a bad sound system (very muffled).  Odd?!  
Says "Phila Direct" on the caller ID. I get calls everyday from this number, but they never leave messages.

I kept getting called from this number so I called them back again. To my delight I was greeted by a very curteous and professional female. She offered me a reduced rate on a subsciption to the Inquirer which I am now thoroughly enjoying.  I suggest some of you spend your time on more useful things such as reading a newspaper!

I do not know what to do to let them stop calling. They call every day. I'm getting tired of it.

I'm home sick today, and this number has come up at least (5) times today and its only 4:00 pm.
