Answered the call, dead air for 10 seconds then click.

Answered the phone 8:15 am.Person named Charles Mann.He immediately said that the conversation is being recorded;asked for my brother who was at work.I asked if he wanted to leave a message, no answer and hung up.

Called twice in a row, answered it both times, no one spoke so I hung up.

Calls often and leaves no message

Called twice this morning, 8:57 and 9:04.  No message.  Very infuriating.

Call this morning (2/27/2015) and stated that the call was attempt to collect a debt but couldn't/or wouldn't tell anything about the debtor.  After I continued to press the issue they hung up.

It's the law office of Alan C. Smith. Bottom feeding junk debt buyer and wanna be collector. He does not know the statute of limitations in Pennsylvania. (4 years) Reported to Pa. A. G's office for harassment! (Just google Alan C. Smith atty.)

Mr. Phillips called about an old defunct debt. Down right nasty, and threatening. I told him I was recording the call, he said so am I. My recording went to the Pa. Atty Gen's. office.  Scumbags!

Same as everyone else, a debt collection place. Too bad I don't have a debt...

Every single morning I get at least 2 calls from 215-253-4198 because the computerized voice requests to speak to a person who does not live at my address, and they shouldn't be calling my number. Once, I did press '2' and told the human being that they are calling the incorrect number, and that 'human being' (a female) called me a liar. Who the heck do I report these harassing phone calls to??
