callerid says call from 7711289:8016390 but when you look at the details it shows 215-253-8298. Mexicans or people from Afgan are calling.

Yea, the Pennsylvania Mexicans are calling with a public opinion survey, d'uh!!  Call back gets, "Thank you for returning our call,  We are a public opinion survey company.  We are not telemarketers and are not selling anything.  If you do not wish to participate, please let our interviewer know and we will remove your number from our list...."  Goes on to explain why you should participate in surveys.  I don't like these calls but the fact is that they are exempt from the DNC list.

It is a survey company doing political surveys.
