They are literally scoundrels and ruffians

called and automatically got redirected as a scam.  CID read "COMCAST CABLE"

A male voice told me that they had been trying to do an update on my Comcast modem and unable to and is causing a security issue and wanted me to assist.............So is a scammer as Comcast doesnt call like this.

8/18/21 1:55 pm ct. This is a fake/spoof. They used Comcast Cable, then Comcast Business. Now they just use a top & bottom #. All are blocked.

variation of phone number 215-286-9126.  Claimed to be calling about Med-chare card.  Asked what he wa talking about.  only answered because Comcast came up.  Said he was calling from US regarding Medicare.  Strong Indian accent.  Gave another number when I asked for verification. 281-326-6551.  Another fake number!  Super SCAM using Medicare!!  gave fake name too!

Received a call from +1 (215) 286-1700. I did not pick up & they did not leave a message. I looked the number up & recognize it’s a scam.

Got a call pretending to be from Comcast. Wanted me to do something on my laptop
I hung up. A scammer
