Who is this number, when you call noone ans., yet they are calling my cell and not saying anything.

This person calls me every day I'm tired of these calls they called me not to long ago

Called my cell phone & left a message.  Man with an Indian or Middle Eastern accent saying something about medical issues or needs & that THEY are there to help me.  Had a hard time understanding him due to his heavy accent.  Not sure how they plan to help; am very certain I don't want their help.  Think they are phishing for your info. Truecaller app is helpful with these scammers.

Same as cjs, though I thought the accent sounded Vietnamese.  Ireally had  a hard time understading the message left, but it sounded like they wanted to help with medical expenses.  After listening 3 times to accurately get the phone number, deleted.  Sounded like busy call center in background.
