Unlike most robocalls, this caller left a message. She said she was calling to verify some important information about my insurance plan and I was to call them back at 888-666-xxxx. They knew my name and my insurance company. I will verify with MY number for Humana that this is a legitimate call. What a shame that robocalls have made it so difficult for companies to successfully make legal calls. The average person is not able to answer the phone for fear it is a scammer. This takes up my valuable time trying to verify whether or not they are scammers and will steal what little money I have.

Got the same message Jan 17.  Called my number for Humana and they said it was not them.  They did not need to verify any of my information.  Be aware.

Got this call supposedly from Levittown PA and a message was left.   Recording wanted info regarding my Humana health plan.    I actually do have Humana for part D of Medicare but I never answer unknown callers.   I can see lots of older folks who do have Humana for some sort of health plan falling for this as the recording sounded almost legitimate.   Legitimate inquiries are almost always made my snail mail.

I got the recording when I was out of the house that Humana needs to speak with me and left a callback of 888-666-4270. I called that number and "Jeffrey from Humana" picked up. I was somewhat suspicious since when you call the Humana number on your membership card, you have to deal with a computer before you talk to an actual Humana associate. I told Jeffrey I was not giving him ANY information and hung up. I called Humana---went through the computer "spiel"-- and the actual employee that I spoke with said she could NOT find either phone number in the Humana network and said they were not trying to reach me. BE VERY CAREFUL GIVING ANY INFORMATION TO PEOPLE THAT CALL. They act legit but are trying to SCAM you.
