Cold call solicitation from Jerry Rubin, asking if I was interested in "first year guaranteed annuities". I've never done business with him and he is in clear violation of the Do Not Call rules.

Calls people on national do not call list.  He is a scammer.

Ask for Finance personnel. Gave him a voice mail only. Scammers seem to come out of the woodworks during the holidays. Don't you think.

A man at 215-364-1738 called my office more than once and he is very rude and pushy. We are on the do not call list and have not done business with him. Caller ID says Bonnie Rubin but he says his name is Gerry Rubin. Not sure if Bonnie is his grandmother and he is making these telemarketing calls from the basement.

Umm, if he called your office phone, then that does not qualify to be on the Do Not Call Registry, something that is clearly explained at that site.

Mr Rubin seems knowledgeable and entices you with annuity products that sound too good to be true.  If you don't express immediate interest, or ask him to email information so you can investigate, he rudely says goodbye and hangs up.  He has done it twice to me.  I am on the do not call registry at my home, but still get these type of calls constantly.

very rude guy, doesn't want to specify what he called us for but demanded to speak to owner. When was told the owner was not available, he said "Fine!" and hung up. It is good we looked up, looks like a terrible scammer.

I've received about 15 calls from Jerry Rubin, saying he was trying to reach the owner of my apartment. When I finally picked up, he told me he was "Douglas Elliman" and wanted to know if my apartment was still available (it's for sale). When I asked him why he's not listed on the Elliman website he said he was really calling for his son, Josh Rubin (who is an Elliman broker). When I asked him why, if that's the case, he didn't know that Elliman is in the process of selling my apartment, he became rude. I let him know he'd be blocked.
