A telemarketing call.

This number keeps showing up on my phone. There is so reply when I say "Hello!" It's very annoying & I don't know who it is.

Got call from 215-364-9748, when I tried this number got no reply, saying voice mail box full.

received 2 calls one @ 2 am and one @5am

Getting similar calls ( no message or hang up ) from multiple numbers 215-322-2319 215-364-9748 215-364-9787 215-364-9789. Returned calls and they all forward you to a full voicemail box at this number 215-357-3375.

keeps callin me and hanging up when i call back it says the mail box is full

I keep getting calls from this number and similar numbers!  One came at 4:00 in the morning and same thing as everyone else; when you call back I get "this voice mail box is full" when I answer they hang up! This should be illegal and there has got to be a way to find out who's doing it! Mys husband gets the calls too.
