called my home phone today at 4:13PM.  No message was left and I didn't answer the call because I didn't know the number. Came up as Philadelphia, PA on the caller ID. Must be a local call with the 215 area code.

Calls 2-3 times a week, never leaves message. Can hear lots of voices in backround, almost like a teleamarketing office.

Called but left no message.

Some form of this number keeps calling,the last number is what changes. Noone  is ever there, just loud crowd noise. I am on the do not call list. Why can we not stop this crap?

3 numbers are always calling my phone without leaving a message. All the numbers are close, so I assume it's the same person, or telemarketer. It's really annoying. They call my cell phone 5-6 times a day!
I have a tracphone and can not block these numbers!
I just registered my number on the Do Not Call list and now have to wait 31 days to file a complaint. Why do they make you wait so long to file a complaint? It's ridiculous!

This number calls me continually.  I finally answered, said hello about 10 times and someone jumped on the call.  They said I owe a final balance on an ATT account - they say they are debt collectors, that they are the 3rd company to take over my account.  It's May 2016 and they say this happened when my account changed over in 2014.  The woman was a snarky beyotch and i really think this is a scam.  They wanted my credit card to process a $500 payment.  I disputed everything and she said you can go to our website and see it - and I laughed and said, "I don't know who you are, how would I know what your website is!" and she hung up on me.  I called the number back and the recording said, "Diversified Consultants"
