    When I answer their call, I get a recorded message saying please stay on the line for the next available agent. My number is on the National Do Not Call list. I have reported them. Hope the Feds fine them BIG.

    man with heavy accent calls to look for "person who handles the PECO bill" Then next day they call again listing number as "unavailable". I imagine they are phishing for useful info....of course we are on do-not call list. BEWARE!!!
