It's a new (as-yet-unblocked) number for promoting annoying deals.

I keep getting calls from this number and do note know anyone in 215 area code.

caller ID said, Philadelphia, PA, answered it because I was expecting a call from Philadelphia. It was just static on the other end, said, "hello" a few times, no one spoke. hung up.

Called my cell  9-7-2016 / did not answer / now blocked!

Philadelphia, PA. I didn't answer. No voicemail. I seem to be getting these more frequently.

Add yet another number to the list of unwanted calls. I dont have the technical knowledge however there must be a program that can be written to allow one's phone to call that number and if answered to hang up and recall it again and again..and......you get my point :-)

called with no message, then sent a text message. they're now on my blocked list

Yet another in a series of annoying bs'ers, looking to get rich off you.  I wasn't home, or they'd get the business, while NOT getting my business, which is none of theirs!!!!
