Called and said they are part of the US passport survey line

Passport services called me and had a survey.  Was it authentic or bogus?  Did get a letter stating that they were interested in passport services.

I got two letters and several phone calls three on one day. I told them on the first call that I didn't believe that they were legitimate and that they must take my name off their list. They still called. Same person also, as far as I could tell.

These people have been calling multiple times daily for weeks.  Today we called the number and they said they were passport services.

I've gotten 6 calls from STR 215-383-0813 over the last 12 days. This after we got a letter from the "US Department of State", obviously fake, signed "Office of Passport Services". They concoct to supposedly conduct interviews with Americans 18 and older, etc. and a lot of additional garbage to entice you into believing it's authentic.

Been gettting calls from this number several times a day. Caller ID is "STR". I didn't answer and they don't leave a message.

I just answer a survey from this number 2153830813 regarding a passport service survey.  They had sent me two letters prior to the call.  Now I'm worried that is was a scam. Is there anyone with information of the legitimacy of this survey out there.

I keep getting unwanted calls from this number.  Person calling speaks broken English and hard to understand.

Hello, it is a legitimate survey farmed out to a telemarketer company.  If you give them the passcode on your letter they will remove you from the call list.  Thank GOD.

Call the 888-978-5755 number and give them the passcode on your letter and they will remove you from the call list.

It's only 2:10 P.M. and I've just received a second call today. They call numerous times daily and have been for, at least, three weeks. IF I received a letter, and that's a big if, it went in trash. I don't trust them at all, even if other things may add up to a legitimate call. Just call it my suspicious nature. They need to learn when they aren't wanted!

We have been receiving calls morning and around the dinner hours.  ID on phone says Philadelphia.  I don't answer but have
started turning the phone on to stop the ringing.  I heard someone say the call was regarding something sent in the mail and
they asked "Did you receive it?"  I had not spoken but we decided they were trying to get someone to say "Yes."  We had
heard there is a scam going on that uses your "Yes" to make you pay for something.   Warning:  Don't answer "yes."

This is a pretty elaborate scam to get your $$. Call on the phone (numerous times) and even send a letter. So they have name address and phone numbers. NOT going to help! I still blocked their number and shred their stupid letter.

Recived 2 letters and 5 calls.  Last week called the real number of the Dept. of State as given by my state Rep.'s office.  They did not have any knowledge of the survey  I wii block/zap them.

I answered their questions and the next day I came home and my garbage can was empty and my dog was pregnant.

We are being seriously harrassed! This number comes up every single day and sometimes twice a day. The phone only rings 3 times, so it does not go to voice mail and they never leave a message. I still have this number on  my caller ID 16 times and that is after I had deleted many.
